Low blood sugar = anxiety + migraines?

I have noticed that, most of the time, when I start feeling my migraine 'prodrome' symptoms (nausea, anxiety, intense fatigue, lowered concentration, sound sensitivity), I can prevent or post-pone the migraine by eating something. This also works when I feel a panic attack coming on. Is this…
