Best way to get a Painkiller when I get to the hospital?

I've had one of the worst migraines ever, so I had to go to the hospital. Everything went great, they gave me tylenol, a indomethacin suppository and IV fluids and metoclopramide to stop the vomiting. Within 2 hours I was "back to normal".
