Denise,   The lenght of time to get out of an MOH cycle can vary. It depends on your body, how much percocet you've been taking, and any other medications you're taking. Since Percocet containes acetaminophen, even taking plain acetaminophen will keep you in MOH.You can read more about MOH in Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires.   Have you checked with your doctor to see if there's a neck or shoulder issue that's contributing to this?   I know you're going through a rough time.
