I am a migrain suffer, needing to know why I have constant pain in my neck and numbness in my ear

There is an area at the top of my head that rises and follows due to the severity of the migrain. I have suffere memory loss and numbness in my face. Preventive meds have not help. I have had numerous MRIs, CT, and so forth.
