Maxalt stops my headaches. Can it also stop my paralysis migraines that don't have headache?

I have migraine episodes where I don't get a headache, but have other neurological symptoms such as paralysis.  Can a migraine medicine like the Maxalt I take for migraine headaches cut short the attacks of paralysis too?  Or are those meds specific to resolving pain and not any type of…
