i still have a lot of tightness and tension from time to time and this is one week later
after been discharged from hospital i feel dizzy and very hot sometimes i would really appreciate any help that is given

Hi Pat!
Ice Pick Headaches usually only last from five to thirty seconds.
Do you have any other health issues that would cause you to feel dizzy and hot?
You should check with your doctor and see what s/he says.
