Hi Susie!   I'm not really sure of what your question is here....   Has your daughter been diagnosed? It sounds like Ice Pick Headaches, but for a proper diagnosis, you would need to get that from your doctor, obviously.   I assume you are working with a neurologist or headache specialist?   I'm glad to hear your daughters headaches seems to have been cut down by preventive medication she is taking, but also know that there are over 100 medications currently being used for headache/migraine disease. Sometimes it may take a migraineur some time before they find a treatment plan that works for him/her.   I hope this information helps a bit, also for more info, or to ask more questions, please visit our migraine forum where you can meet more parents just like you.
