Q: will taken butterbur/petadolex change your menstrual cycle? my has changed having two a mouth now.

I have been taking butterbur/petadolex for about 7 weeks now.  The results are

great.  But my menstrual cycle has changed could this be the problem. Always

been every 27 days, now every other week having it twice a month.  Please help love not having headaches.  Thank you

Hi Lou Ann,

 

I'm thrilled to hear you are getting results with Petadolex. A potential side effect of Petadolex is hives, and it is really important to take the "right" form of Butterbur or it could be harmful. Teri takes it and gets it at iherb.com.

 

It may be a good idea to check with your doctor on the sudden change in your menstrual cycle. Other issues (medications, life stressors) may be playing a role in your hormone changes. Here is a bit of information on natures first drugs:
