Q: tired of being overweight

Does anyone have an answer to dieting/exercise and migraines? I cannot do the former without getting the latter. Please help.

Hi, have you tried yoga? or Pilotes? I too have problems with exercise and migraines and I also had back surgery which is fine, but leaves a lot to be said. Limits my 'activities' more than I like.

 

Working with both of these lovely lifetime partners, I have started to just try and be a little more active, move around more duing the day...take extra trips down stairs, get on the treadmil and take it slow...watching what I eat big time.

 

Found stretching exercises that I can do without a pounding head and being able to walk afterwards is a journey in itself. Also discovered that while sitting at the computer on that swiveling computer chair, keep your feet planted on the floor and twist from the waist down...works on the waist while we surf! and stretches our lower back...well at least for me.

 

Just a few ideas, good luck with finding what works for you.
