You know your body better than anyone else. If it were me, I would keep searching for a doctor who will listen and work with me to find out what's going on. It is so frustrating when a medical professional tells you it is "all in your head" when you know something is amiss. A Migraine/headache specialist devotes their entire practice to treating patients with Migraines and headache disorders and is the doctor who you may want to see now. A pain specialist/neurologist may say they are "headache specialists" but treat so many conditions it is difficult for them to be experts in any one area.
