Is anyone familiar with any lawsuit, regardless of the outcome, concerning migraines in the workplace being covered under the ADA? I'd like to research any other cases which may help my current lawsuit. KL

Hi KL,
I'm sorry I'm not, but can give you information on the ADA. Have you done some researching? What state are you in because I know in NYS there is a unified ECourt system you can access through the web, but would have to know the case names.
