Q: Is it a rebound headache if the headache comes again 2 days later?

My Dr took me off Butalbital because she thinks I have rebound headaches but I don't think I do. I have been taking Butalbital a couple of times per week when I wake up in the wee hours of the day and feel a migraine coming on. Once I take the Butalbital I go back to sleep and wake up with no headache and then am able to go through the day with no headache. If this happens 2 or 3 times per week, does that sound like a rebound headache? Now she prescribed Imitrex but I used up all 9 pills in 15 days and my insurance will only allow a refill of 9 pills every 30 days. I think I did have rebound headaches in the past when I waited too long to take the pill and then had to repeat 4 hrs later, but this really doesn't feel like that.
