when does topamax stop working at losing weight? take 250mg daily for over 1 year

take it for headaches. my bmi is 82 and weight is 118 i'm 5'8 and never have i weighed this small. i even have under active thyroid(the one that makes you gain weight), in menopause, i've maintained this weight for about the last 6-8 months now. my height weight was 158 a few years...
