Q: does anyone experience flu-like symptoms or achey joints after taking Imitrex?

Some people may feel muscle cramps and drowsniess in addition to other potential side effects after taking Imitrex.
Have you mentioned these side effects to your doctor? More serious side effects that need to be reported to your doctor immediately include; pain or tightness in your chest or throat, fast heartbeat, hard time breathing, sudden or severe stomach pain, redness, swelling and/or itching of face, lips, eyelids, changes in vision, hives, rash or wheezing.
