Q: how reliable are the expiration dates on but/asa/caff 50/325/40 mg tablets?

I have a couple of prescriptions that I would like to use, but have already expired. Will they still be effective? Can I still use them?

Migraine Girl,

There's really no way for us to tell. It depends on multiple factors including how far past the expiration date the medications are, where they were stored, and so on. I'd suggest a call to your pharmacist with this question.
