I have hemiplegic migraines and have had them since teen years what are the chances it goes away?

I am also in a great deal of pain on most days, some days I feel great but worry about the bad to come. I would like to know of any other natural cures. (I am taking a magnesium suppliment) recommended by my nuerologist. I am hoping that since many of the articles I have read state hemiplegic...
