Hello, Tpayne,   You won't find much information these days about "classic" or "common" Migraine because those are the "older" terms. Classic Migraine is now referred to as Migraine with aura (MWA); "common" Migraine as Migraine without aura (MWOA). If your doctor is still using the older terms, you may want to give some thought to whether he is really up-to-date on Migraine and Migraine treatments.   You can find information to explain the difference between MWA and MWOA in these two articles...
