My husband has suffered with migrains for over 28 years. Six years ago, his right hand started having tremors, and he had other symptoms of a seizure, with tingling of the face, loss of motor skills during the attack, and the metalic taste afterwards. He tremored almost constantly for over 3 months in the beginning. He has had every test all of the doctors can think of, and they are all normal. The last Doctor wanted to diagnose him with panic attacks, which is almost laughable if you knew my husband! We are at a loss as to what to do next. He does have a headache of some sort 24/7. His liver function was elavated and he saw a hemotologist/ongologist, and again, normal. The last Neuro also put him on a medicine that was supposed to be great for migrains and seizures, and made both of them worse.

Been there already. This last "doctor" was thru a Headache and Migraine center. But since the test results are always normal, he almost refuses to try anything that requires him to think outside the box. Self-diagnosis is where we are now - again. The reply that Tonya gave made me realize that I did have to take my husband to the ER about 5 months ago with extreme back pain. Even a direct shot in the hip didn't phase it at all. I am to the point of having him put on disability since he can not function in a regular job anymore. Looking forward to the test results, Tonya!
