I lost 36 pounds on topamax 75mg daily over a 6 month period. It curved my appetite big time.

Weight loss is a potential side effect of Topamax. Both weight loss and weight gain are potential side effects of Cymbalta. You may or may not experience these side effects. Most patients do not. Nobody can predict this.
