I DON'T KNOW BUT I GET THE SAME THING .

WHAT SEEMS TO HELP ME IS TO FILL UP MY BATH TUB WITH VERY WARM WATER AND LAY DOWN IN THE TUB AND SUBMERGE MY HEAD FOR A FEW SECONDS AT A TIME.
