Does apple cider vinegar help to prevent or cure migraine? Is it safe to try taking the pills? If so where can i order pills online which are of good quality?
Other than the occasional person who posts here and says vinegar helps them, I can find no proof of this. There is nothing in any of the medical literature. Also, Migraine is a genetic neurological disease. Neither vinegar nor anything else we know of at this time can cure it.
Is it safe? I don't know. It's certainly acidic. I wouldn't try it without talking with my doctor first.
I tried this for about 4 months. All I got for my trouble was indigestion. Didn't change my migraines at all.
It depends on what kinds you get. Raw apple cider vinegar with the "mother" is your best bet. i would do the straight liquid if you can tolerate it. It's correct that you can't "cure" a migraine, but there are things that can help get rid of the pain. Raw apple cider vinegar may be able to do that for you, give it a shot!
