An important meeting, headache starting, now what?

I'm a heart patient and can't take the regular meds that stop the predome or actual headach, I know when my vision gets blurry &/or cloudy, the next step is diuresis, what in the world can I take during this time. I was on Imitrex when I had my MI. Firoinal, is taken early and at a higher...
