The standard over-the-counter dose of naproxen products is 200 mg every 8 - 12 hours, not to exceed three tablets in a 24-hour period. Some doctors do suggest taking naproxen when you take a triptan, but you really need to check with your doctor before doing so. You and your doctor also need to consider any other medicatoins you may be taking.
