Is this normal for a hemeplegic migraines?

I get full body paralysis, I know most people just get the left side , but I dont. my heart races and I need to be on oxygen. I feel as if I am having a a stroke, which I do know that these are stroke type migraines and you never know if it is one or not. Sometimes I get the pain shooting down my...
