Your symptoms sound extreme, and not all of them are what we think of as "typical."
Triptans and ergotamines such as DHE and Migranal are not recommended for hemiplegic Migraine. Have you tried Midrin as an abortive?
The best suggestion we can offer is that you get care from an acutal Migraine specialist. It's important to note that neurologists aren't necessarily Migraine and headache specialists.
