Hello thought I would chime in as well. I am 35 and I have had Migraines for the last 10 years. I didn't start having them until I had my son. He is now 10. They say it may have been the epidural. But I don't believe it.  I had ct's, mri's and even the dhe therapy that neurologists do for migraines. The therapy helped but after about 5-6 weeks they come back and even worse. I have vomited so much that the acid ate away my esophagus and I had to have it rebuilt with part of my stomach. YUK. I have even had a hystorectomy. My ob dr gave me a shot of lupron and set me into menopause. My headaches came back about a month later. No help. They think I might have Suedo Tumor Cerebrii. Too much spinal fluid. The only way to find out is to have a spinal tap. So I have been on meds for about 6 months. Guess what they come back. My whole family has had migraines. My greatgrandmother, mother, aunts, me, and now my nieces. I think it is hereditary. So good luck on find out what causes them. If you do I would really like to know what works. I know how you feel I have been sick most of my son's life. I have lost 2 jobs over them. My God Bless you and help you. I have learned to just live with them. I take meds during the week to get me through my job and then either have a shot or stay zonked on pain meds.
