I have noticed that sometimes I talk a lot.  I am not normally much of a talker at all, but during prodome times I keep talking on about anything even when I know I should not talk.

My teeth and gums start to feel very irritated - I have to immediately go and floss my teeth, this helps a little.  It is very annoying and sometimes occurs beginning several hours before the attack and sometimes occurs at the start of the attack.

Nosebleeds.  But only out of my left nostril.  Usually they start a couple days beforehand.
