Q: can severe migraines caused by TMJ disorder along with enlarged temporalis muscle increase my risk of diabetic eye complications?

I don't know of any research on this topic, so the best person to ask aobut this is your ophthalmologist and the doctor who treats you for diabetes.
One thing I can tell you is that intraocular pressure often rises during a Migraine attack, but I really don't know what impact that might have on diabetic eye complications.
