I take Amerge for migraines and I just started Topomax to help lessen them. I am on 25 mg in the mornings, 25 mg at night for 7 days, then 25 in morning, 50 at night for 7 days, then 50 in morning, 50 at night for 7 days, then 100 at night, 100 in morning for remainder of prescription.
