I first get a headache which in turns to a migrain. Then I'll start feeling nauseas with no vomiting. Then my heart starts racing. Then inside body go completly warm (like blood pressure dropping). Then I get vertigo and my pulse is usually down to between 20's and 45. And my blood pressure is between 120/75 and 145/80.

Sounds like some anxiety with the migraine. That happened to me. Now I'm on Xanax for the anxieyt. Helps the migraines some. I almost always get nauseated with a migraine, but I don't throw up, I just feel like I could. It sucks.
