Anyone out there dealing with nerve damage to legs caused by migraine brain damage?

I have had migraine for over 30 years.  I am 55 years old.  In February I woke up one day with awful throbbing pins and needles in my feet and legs.  In March I had an MRI, that according to my neuro. showed that the migraines had caused brain damage, causing the damage to the nerves…
