Have you spoken with your doctor about the cosnstant nausea? It may be time for a medication switch, which can sometimes happen. Have you spoken with your doctor about this?
Have you tried smaller meals throughout the rather than three big ones, if that's your current eating plan? Trigger identification and management is a vital component of managing Migraine disease. Thanks for your reply, I am seeing my neurologist soon so I will bring this up with her.
I stopped eating meals altogether about a year ago and just eat when I can which is kind of snacking through the day but that is why I worry about nutrition as I know I am often vitamin D deficient.

I think an elimination diet might be a good idea as I have not done a lot of work on food triggers and I see that bread may be one and I eat a lot of toast as it is easy and stays down.
