I have daily migraines for 4 months straight. Can you help?

I am on 60mgs of Cymbalta, 150 mgs of Topamax, 260 mg of Verapamil twice a day and 2.5 mg Frova or Releplex and Vicadon when needed.  I started 300 mgs of COQ 10 and that has help for a week and 1/2.  I was migraine free.  I have gone to a natural diet.  I will be 48 years old next week.  I am not going through menapouse or perimenaouse.  I have been through invitro 11 cycles.  I am infertyle.  I also take advair for asthma.  I had a very responsible career that I am now out on disability.

This is the best combination of meds so far, and yet, yesterday and today I am back with migraines again.  Please help.  Thanks

are youfinding and advoiding triggers

esp foods and environ triggers  that you weren't sensitve to before.

if you use incense ,air fresheners ,cleaners, perfumes even personal products  that leave a scent . you may be triggering.

there are some "health foods" if your sensitive  or allergic- can trigger.

an allergy /scent free house.?

keep a diary -

if that co q 10 woerked for a week youchanged some chemistry that later fought back.

so  sounds like if you and the docs keep trying you'll find the answers.

best.
