Sometimes it gets better sometimes it gets worse but it never goes away. I am currently taking 200mg of Topomax, 8mg of Zanaflex and 750 mg of Naproxen a day. This does absolutely nothing. I have tried all the migraine meds, they do nothing. I do not know what else to do. I have an appt will another dr. but it is not until May. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm sorry to read that you're having such problems. It makes life difficult, doesn't it?
I'm not a doctor, but I have to wonder if the naproxen is making things worse or even causing your headache to continue day after day. If taken more than 15 days a month, it can cause medication overuse headaches. Please take a look at the three articles below more information. I know you said "headache," but the Migraine information may be helpful too.
