Ruth, We've never heard of anything like this before. Are your Migraines hormonally triggered? If so, maybe the fluid is hormone related? If you haven't already, call the doctor who prescribes your Migraine meds and see what his or her thoughts are. Sorry we don't have more information. Good luck, Teri
