How to find a real expert in migraine? Urgent!

I have a problem in terms of convincing the  neurologists and endocronolog for the existence of a link between my hypotiroid and migraine with aura.

I am now in Germany, in Stuttgart and I really need to find a neurologist who is open to new improvements in the field. So, could you please suggest me any migraine specialist in Germany, and if possible in Stuttgart if not , any other city of Germany? The important criteria for the doctor for me is to see the link between my hypotiroid and migraine with aura.

Please can you give any reference of a published article that contains any information regarding the occurance of migraine with hypotroidism as cormorbid diseases so that I can display them.

I also want to learn if low levels of platelet  (thyrombocyte) level is connected to migraine because I also read that the dysfunction of platelets is believed to be one cause of migraine. Please confirm me if I am right because I also found out that I have low levels of thyrombocyte.

Sincerely,

Thank you,

Zeynep
