I don't know of any companies who have them already made for Migraine. I got mine through www.MedicAlert.org. One of the things I really like about MedicAlert is that there's a number on my bracelet that emergency personnel can call to get a list of my meds and other information that I keep updated online.

There are a few places I know of where you can get one:

Other people here might have other recommendations, but these two seemed the best options from my research.
