I have experienced migraines for last 30 years ( I am 48) Female.

Is it normal for migraine to change throught the years. Now I find that I get really irritable the day before an attack. Also I often have a week when my words get mixed up a bit and I feel disconnected and reallly tired? I take endep each night and this seems to work by keeping the big ones away....
