Q: Can tinnitus cause headaches? Can tinnitus cause moderate lack of hearing?

There is a type of Migraine, not headache, that has tinnitus and decreased hearing as a few of its symptoms. Basilar-Type Migraine (BTM) is a form of Migraine disease that starts in the brain stem and affects both hemispheres at the same time. The article, Basilar-Type Migraine - The Basics has more information you can read about.
