Rhonda,
What have the doctors you see said about these symptoms?
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but you chose Migraine as the topic for your question, so maybe you're asking if your symptoms could be Migraines.
What you're describing could be Migraines, but they could also be cervicogenic headaches from the problems in your neck, another headache disorder, or something else entirely.
The only person who can tell you what's causing your symptoms and what to do about them is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination.
You can find information about cervicogenic headache in Cervicogenic Headache - The Basics. You can read more about the phases of a Migraine attack and possible symptoms in Anatomy of a Migraine.
I hope this information gives you a starting point for a productive discussion with your doctor.
Welcome again,
Teri
