Hi lilly,
No, I'm sorry to say at this time there is no "cure" for Cluster headaches. These headaches are said to be some of the most painful headaches there are.

I was pescribed Verapamil which seemed to stop my cluster headaches in there tracks. I've been in remission for over 1 year now :)
