Q: 36 yr female, most foods cause abdominal pain. periodic severe cramping w/ vomiting and headache.

possible ulcer condition?  2 beers evening prior, wakes up with severe cramping/burning in abdominal, vomiting, and severe headache. End of mensruation cycle. Every other menstrual cycle is crippling for 24 to 48 hrs. She cannot keep anything down, water or any foods.
