Hi Gennie Stone,

I haven't read this book yet,  but we have a review that Teri Robert, Lead Expert here on MyMigraineConnection has done. You can read more about that here: "Heal Your Headache" - Review.

Enjoy!

Nancy

I consider it a "buffet" book. Take what's accurate and works for you, and leave the rest. In the intro, Buchholz clearly says that much of the book is from his hypotheses.

Many of those hypotheses have been proven wrong over and over again in studies.

Really, unless you have a firm enough foundation to be able to tell what's accurate and what's his own disproven hypotheses, I'd not waste the time or $$.
