Hi, I also have severe migrains and also had injections (occipital nerve blocks)some good things to know are: (PLEASE REMEMBER, I AM NOT A DOCTOR) Steroid injections interfere with some bloodwork results and you should be sure that you do not have or get primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency from too many steroid injections. I had an ACTH test with poor results and will not get another injection. They worked temporarily for me and are the perfect solution for many/most people. These are just a couple of things to consider depending on what your injections consist of. I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL, please do not take this message as your deciding factor it's just that there are reasons why some people should be a bit more careful with steroids than others. I believe it is worth discussing with your Dr. I brought it to my Dr. attention, thats how I learned about my insufficiency. Good luck!!
