If you are having any signs/symptoms of gallstones, yes, you should be checked by your doctor.  He will be able to feel if your gallbladder is inflammed and so will you!!!   I am not aware of Topamax causing gallstones.  I have been on Topamax for the past two years, and the dosage has just been increased this month.   Any time that you are concerned about y0ur health, you should always check with your physician.
