Rehanna,   You're going to have to see a doctor about your Migraines. There are medications that can be taken to stop Migraines, and there are very good medications that you can take when a Migraine starts to stop the vomiting.   I'm not very familiar with which medications are available in your country, but I'm sure sumatriptan (brand name Imitrex or Imigran) is available. It's a triptan medication. It actually works in the brain to stop the Migraine process and Migraine symptoms. I think promethazine is available there too, and it's a good medication to take for nausea and vomiting. These are medications you can discuss with your doctor.   I hope this helps you, Teri
