Carol,   No, Migraines and cluster headaches are very, very different. Treatments tend to overlap somewhat, but can also be quite different. If you had one that lasted for three days, it wasn't a cluster headache. A single cluster headache doesn't last that long.   You need to work with your doctor about how to tell a cluster headache from a Migraine attack and what threatments to use for them.
