There is no way to know how many women have Migraines starting at menopause. There just aren't systems in place to keep that kind of statistics. Some women have fewer Migraines after menopause, some women have more Migraines, some have the same number. For women with hormonal triggers, it's not unusual for pregnancy or menopause to be a time when Migraines begin or change frequency.
