They have done the standard neurological tests, save for an EEG.  I would have them run the autoimmune series, especially the anticardiolipid tests, due to her chronic head pain, and the lupus anticoagulant test, and dependent upon those results - if they come up positive, I'd go to a rheumatologist, negative, to a headache specialist.  If they came out positive, I'd want an EKG too.
