Hormonal Mirgiraines are the worst for me and my neurologist to control.

They seem to get much worse every month. I usually get one the day before I start and one about 3 days into the cycle. I have heart issues so I have to be careful what kind of med's I take. Right now I take bulbitabal and will top it off with Anacin which has asprin and caffeine. It usually helps...
